Hot Rolling Mills

We have our own CAD design for various rolling mill equipment. We also manufacture and supply rolling mill equipment for ferrous and non-ferrous product, to customers designs and drawings, as may be required, standing full warrantee for material and workmanship.

A R Engineering design, manufacture and supply rolling mill equipment to its own designs as well as per clients' designs and specifications, ensuring complete responsibility and guarantee for attaining the earmarked targets with quality material and first class workmanship.

Rolling mill are provided, also on turn-key basis which calls for a wide range of work like preparation of feasibility/project reports, going on from lay out planning, design, manufacture & supply of equipment to successful trial run of the mill.

All mills are designed to produce T.M.T. Bars of size 8mm dia. to 32/25mm dia. from 125mm X 125mm/ 100mmx100mm billets with an annual capacity of 75000 to 100000 tonnes or even more.

Besides rolling mill, the company undertakes orders for special equipment as per clients' specifications. We have supplied all the major equipment for manufacture of thermo mechanically treated steel reinforcing rods including rotary shears, pinch rolls under the technical license of H&K, Mumbai.

• Rolling Mill items for Govt. of India Mints at Bombay, Calcutta and Hyderabad.
  The items include Combination Drive cum Pinion Stands, Complete Mills Stands with Roll Changing Rigs - (4Hi Reversing Mill), Up Coiler Drives and Complete Up Coilers.
  
  
• Jindal Vijaynagar Steel Ltd., Bellary:
  72 number of work role chock assembles, 24 sets of Mae West Block assemblies, 2 nos. walking beam coil conveyors for a 56''hot strip mill, 6 set of QWRC as well as 8 nos. back up roll chocks for roughing stands-each weighing 8.5 mt to the drawing of M/s United Engineering, USA, have been supplied.
  
  
• Tisco Growth shop, Jamshedpur :
  Manufacturer of roll changing pugs, trackway assemblies, coil stripper and work and back up roll chocks to SMS-Demag drawings, very close tolerances and strict inspection were observed. BU Roll chocks were for export to South Africa.
